Thread pork, onion and bell pepper on bamboo skewers, then spice them up with our Thai-inspired sauce. A balanced blend of Asian sweet chili sauce and pineapple juice, it’s our go-to glaze for kebabs and beyond.

Sweet Chili Pork Kebabs
Serves 6-8 people

Cook time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
Bamboo skewers, soak in water for 15-20 minutes to prevent burning
1 pound pork loin, cubed
Red, yellow and/or green bell peppers, cubed
1 large onion, cubed
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Tip: To ensure even cooking, be sure to cut the pork, bell pepper and onion into same-sized pieces.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, then coat with cooking spray.
Make kebabs by alternately threading pork, pepper and onion pieces on bamboo skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice and chili sauce. Drizzle half of mixture over the kebabs, turning to evenly coat.
Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked throughout and vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Brush remaining sauce over cooked kebabs, then serve immediately with rice.

Tip: Try pineapple sweet chili sauce with other foods, too. We love serving it as a dip with chicken wings, sautéed shrimp and pot stickers.
