NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 6/30/08, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.dawn-dish.com and eligible Canadian residents may visit www.dawn-dish.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) each day during the promotion period to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. There will be 6 monthly drawings: July (which starts at 12:01 a.m. ET on 6/30/08), August, September, October, November and December. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the months of July, August, September, October and November to be eligible for those months’ drawings and to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 1/4/09 to be eligible for the final daily prize drawing, the December monthly prize drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning daily and monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent daily and monthly drawings but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry, and residents of Canada who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside as of time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random daily drawings will be conducted approximately
7 days after each day of the promotion period from among all eligible entries received for that day’s drawing. Monthly drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days following the entry deadline date for monthly drawings from among all eligible entries received for that month’s drawing. The random drawing to award the one Grand Prize will be conducted on or about 1/26/09 from among all eligible entries received by 1/4/09. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a daily prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that day. Odds of winning a monthly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that month. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date. Winners will be notified by mail.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 196 prizes (1 Grand Prize, 6 Monthly First Prizes and 189 Daily Prizes) with a total approximate retail value of $9,472.50 U.S. Dollars will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize – A check for $3,000 that may be used toward the purchase of a ring or bracelet of your choice; (6) Monthly First Prizes (1 per month) – A check for $1,000 each that may be used toward the purchase of a piece of jewelry of your choice; (189) Daily Prizes (1 per day) – One (1) bottle of Dawn® Hand Renewal (22 fl oz. or 650 mL) (Approximate Retail Value: $2.50 U.S. Dollars per prize). Dawn® Hand Renewal product will be available in August 2008. Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one Daily Prize per person or household. Limit one Grand or Monthly First Prize per person or household.

5. GENERAL RULES: If potential Grand or a Monthly First Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

6. WINNERS: U.S. residents may visit www.dawn-dish.com and Canadian residents may visit www.dawn-dish.ca throughout the promotion period to see the daily winners’ names. The Grand and Monthly First Prize winners’ names will be available on www.dawn-dish.com and www.dawn-dish.ca 2/27/09 through 3/20/09.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing to award all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
