NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01am (ET) on 7/6/09, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.Dawn-Dish.com and eligible Canadian residents may visit
www.Dawn-Dish.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the random drawing for that day’s prize and all subsequent daily drawings; you will also be automatically entered into the drawing for the Grand and First Prizes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59pm (ET) to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59pm (ET) on 10/4/09 to be eligible for the last daily drawing and for the Grand and First Prize Drawing. Non-winning daily entries will be rolled over into subsequent daily drawings. Limit one entry per email address for the duration of the promotion period. If more than one entry is received per person throughout the duration of the promotion period, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry or residents of Canada who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Daily random drawings will be conducted approximately
7 days after each day of the promotion period from among all eligible entries received for that day’s drawing. The Grand and First Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about 10/9/09 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59pm (ET) on 10/4/09. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a Daily prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that day. Odds of winning the Grand or a First prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received throughout the promotion period. . Winners will be notified by mail.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 95 prizes with a total approximate retail value of $6,317.59 U.S. Dollars will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize – A check for $3,000; (3) First Prizes – A check for $1,000; (91) Daily Prizes (1 per day) – (If prize is awarded in the U.S.) – A coupon redeemable for one 24 oz. bottle of limited edition Dawn®. (If prize is awarded in Canada) - A coupon redeemable for one 709 mL bottle of limited edition Dawn®. (Approximate Retail Value: $3.49 U.S. Dollars per prize or $2.39 CDN Dollars per prize). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one Daily Prize per person or household. Limit one First Prize or Grand Prize per person or household.

5. GENERAL RULES: If a potential Grand or First Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) he/she will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her province of residence) must correctly answer a time-limited arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable and/or failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If a winner cannot be confirmed after three (3) alternate drawings, prize(s) will remain unawarded and no additional draws will be held. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

6. WINNERS: For the names of the daily winners, U.S. residents may visit
www.Dawn-Dish.com and Canadian residents may visit www.Dawn-Dish.ca throughout the promotion period. The Grand and First Prize winners’ names will be available at www.Dawn-Dish.com and www.Dawn-Dish.ca from 11/9/09 through 11/30/09.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing to award all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
