1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 1/7/08, visit www.dawn-dish.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on each day during the promotion period to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last days of the months of January and February to be eligible for those months’ drawings. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 3/30/08 to be eligible for the final daily prize drawing, the final month’s prize drawing and to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning daily and monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent daily and monthly drawings, but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of Canada, who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All provincial local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random daily drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days after each day of the promotion period from among all eligible entries received for that day’s drawing. Monthly drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days following the entry deadline date for monthly drawings from among all eligible entries received for that month’s drawing. The random drawing to award the Grand Prize will be conducted on or about 4/14/08 from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a daily prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that day. Odds of winning a monthly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that month. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date. Winners will be notified by mail.

4.PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (88) total prizes (84 Daily Prizes, 1 Grand Prize and 3 monthly First Prizes) with a total approximate retail value of $4,251.16 Canadian Dollars (CAD) will be awarded as follows: (84) Daily Prizes (1 per day) – Dawn® PLUS with Power Scrubbers™ (650ml) (Approximate Retail Value: $2.99 CAD ea.); (1) Grand Prize – $2,500 CAD (awarded in the form of a cheque) that may be used toward a weekend getaway complete with makeover and spa treatment; (3) Monthly First Prizes (1 per month) – $500 CAD (awarded in the form of a cheque) that may be used toward a makeover and massage package. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize and are valued in Canadian Dollars. Limit one daily prize per person or household. Limit one Grand or Monthly First Prize per person or household.

5.GENERAL RULES: In order to be declared a winner, potential winners must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form within 10 days of attempted notification to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes. Noncompliance within time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All local taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French version of these Official Rules or any promotional materials, the English version shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing to award all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
